Welcome to Junior Yoga – an inspiring extra-curricular yoga program specially crafted for children aged 5 to 10! Our playful classes introduce young yogis to the wonderful world of yoga through age-appropriate movement, mindfulness, and breath work.

Each session is a joyful blend of fun, focus, and imagination – designed to support physical growth, emotional resilience, and social connection. Our classes give children the tools to shine both on and off the mat.

What We Offer at Junior Yoga
