Welcome to Junior Yoga – an inspiring extra-curricular yoga program specially crafted for children aged 5 to 10! Our playful classes introduce young yogis to the magical world of yoga through age-appropriate movement, mindfulness, and storytelling.

Each session is a joyful blend of fun, focus, and imagination – designed to support physical growth, emotional resilience, and social connection. Whether it's learning how to embrace calm, exploring kindness, or balancing their chakras, our classes give children the tools to shine both on and off the mat.

What We Offer at Junior Yoga
