Welcome to Junior Yoga – an inspiring extra-curricular yoga program specially crafted for children aged 5 to 10! Our playful, heart-centered classes introduce young yogis to the magical world of yoga through age-appropriate movement, mindfulness, and storytelling.
Each session is a joyful blend of fun, focus, and imagination – designed to support physical growth, emotional resilience, and social connection. Whether it's learning how to embrace calm or exploring kindness. Our classes give children the tools to shine both on and off the mat.
Designed just for kids aged 5–10, our classes combine movement, mindfulness, and fun in a supportive and age-appropriate way. No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and explore!
Each class is tailored to meet children where they are. We introduce core yoga poses and practices in playful, interactive ways that keep kids engaged and excited to learn.
From nature-inspired movements to imaginative story adventures, each week brings a new theme that makes every session feel fresh, fun, and meaningful.
Children learn how to match breath with movement, helping them develop tools to calm their minds, build focus, and move with intention—skills they can use in daily life.
We weave mindfulness into every session through easy, kid-friendly techniques that help children stay present, focused, and aware of their thoughts and feelings.
Through yoga, kids build balance, flexibility, and strength in a safe and fun environment—perfect for growing, active bodies.
We wrap up each term with an extra fun class where students showcase what they’ve learned and celebrate their progress.
